Equipment for sparkling wines

“CC” series freezers 7-32-60-87-124-160

Neck freezers are used with glycol at a temperature of -25°C/-28°C for freezing bottlenecks for “degorgement” of sparkling wines and champagne, made “all stainless steel”.

The compressor starts automatically based on the temperature of the hydroglycolic mixture in the tank, using an electronic thermostat. Its temperature probe is placed inside the hydroglycolic mixture storage tank.

Forced circulation of glycol is provided by means of an electric pump placed inside the refrigerator monoblock (for smaller models, agitators are provided instead of the pump).

Electrical and mechanical safety devices are provided for the gas and glycol circuits. The refrigerant gas circulating in the monoblock system is Freon R 452A.

The refrigeration unit in question is supplied with an instruction manual for use and maintenance and a declaration of conformity in accordance with the provisions of the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC.

Equipped with:

– Round tub with manually rotating plate, made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and insulated with expanded polyurethane.
– Plate made of polyethylene with conical necks machined directly from solid.
– Electric pump for moving glycol in the tank (agitators positioned on the plate for the CC 7 and 32) No. 1 Semi-hermetic piston compressor, with R 452A gas compression.
– Dehydrator filter to eliminate any traces of humidity present in the circuit. 1 ventilated condenser to dispose of the calories generated by the compressor.
– Coil evaporator for cooling the refrigerant solution to a temperature of -25°C.
– Pressure switch for controlling high and low pressure circuits.
– CE compliant electrical panel with digital thermostat for setting and reading the glycol temperature.
– 4 wheels for moving the group.

Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel with stainless steel sheet covering panels, satin finish.

Temper 40 antifreeze mixture, based on water and glycol, is available as an option.
