The machine is made up of 3 main elements:
1) the disgorgement station, for the sequential execution of the following operations:
– removing the crown cap
– the suction of part of the wine in the bottle and the dosing of the ‘liqueur’
– the leveling of the wine in the bottle, with ‘light pressure’ filling of inert gas
2) the corking turret for mushroom corks:
The capper, made of steel, is suitable for the application of mushroom corks (on request, the application of flush corks is possible with the same turret).
The capping unit’s locking system features four hardened stainless steel pins ground to centesimal tolerances and is easily removable for cleaning or sterilization. The turret is suitable for caps with a maximum diameter of 30 mm and a height of 52 mm.
The capping cycle is activated by a two-hand control and stops automatically at the end of the capping process. Caps are distributed automatically, loaded via a revolver magazine with a capacity of approximately 160 caps.
3) the cage turret:
The wire cager is suitable for the distribution and closing of classic 4-wire cages, with combined mechanical / pneumatic operation.
The cages are loaded from the single-row dispenser, on which a rack of approximately 250 cages is placed.
The bottle is placed on a special support surface, the work cycle is activated by a two-hand control.
Once the cycle is complete, the machine stops automatically and no parts remain in motion.
