The semi-automatic monoblock includes 2 independent work stations:
– The corking turret for sparkling wine corks:
The corking machine, made of stainless steel, is designed for corking natural “mushroom” corks for glass bottles of sparkling wine (the same unit can be adapted, upon request, to also apply corks for still wine).
The closing group consists of 4 hardened stainless steel jaws, sliding on bronze supports, easily removable to remove cork dust.
The unit can apply corks with maximum dimensions of 30 mm in diameter and 52 mm in height.
The capping operation starts by pressing a double pushbutton and stops automatically at the end of the work cycle.
The caps are dispensed manually, with a multi-row cap loader (approximately 50 caps).
– The wirehoods closing unit:
The unit can close wirehoods using a combined mechanical/pneumatic system.
The wirehoods are loaded manually onto the magnetic head.
The bottle is placed on a pedestal, and the working cycle is started by simultaneously pressing two buttons.
At the end of the wire-hooding operation, all mechanical elements stop.
