The automatic monobloc Mod. DEGO400TG combines disgorgement, dosage, wine leveling corking, wire-hooding operations in a single unit, for small and medium productions of classical method champagne up to 500 bph (other models are also available for speeds up to 3.000 bph).
This machine is composed of a first turret with intermittent rotation for the final operations of the sparkling wine processing: disgorging (i.e. removal of the crown cork), liqueur addition, and leveling with wine.
Then the monobloc includes a single-head capping turret suitable for mushroom corks Ø 28-31 x h.37-50 mm, equipped with a corks chute and a capping head with hardened steel jaws, ground and polished to ensure maximum durability and efficiency over time.
Finally, a third turret allows dispensing and closing of the wire-hoods.
Upon request, it is also possible to install an infeed tunnel for the automatic washing of the bottles, before disgorging, as well as an outfeed module for mixing the liqueur.
