Filling and capping monoblock mod. RTW1000, for filling cylindrical and shaped jars with dense products, capping with T.Off capsule. composed of:
– Volumetric doser, consisting of an AISI 316 stainless steel rotary pump powered by an electric motor, controlled and regulated by an inverter and an electronic pulse counter settable via the keypad, suitable for food use, heat-sanitizable; drip-catching nozzle with a two-way pilot valve synchronized with the dose;
– Dispenser with silent magnetic orienter for metal capsules;
– Adjustable descent channel for different formats, on-the-fly capsule release,
capsule presence monitoring device in the channel, buzzer to indicate when capsules are missing;
– Pneumatically operated rotary screwdriver with closing force adjustment by means of a pressure regulator with pressure gauge.
– Hot air capsule heater – sterilizer in pre-closing position, with controllable temperature
The operations take place on a star with the vessels being loaded from the chain.
Programmable controller for setting working parameters (start-stop, automatic/manual/washing cycle, exact dose, filling speed with increasing/decreasing ramps, cycle time for star stop-dosed-star start…..)
Base made entirely of electro-welded stainless steel.
A channel surrounds the work surface to collect any spilled product.
Complies with CE regulations. The machine is designed for in-line installation.
Equipped for one cylindrical jar and one T.Off capsule format.
