Fully automatic machine for filling food products, sauces, honey, jams, mayonnaise, yogurt, creams, and processed cheeses.
The monoblock is made up of 2 stations:
– Dosing station, with 2 – 3 or 4 dispensers. The dispensers can be pneumatic syringes or rotary (gear pumps).
– Twist-off capsule dispenser with magnetic feeder-orientator. The machine can be equipped with a capsule feeder with a long-life hopper.
– Adjustable descent channel for different formats, on-the-fly capsule release,
capsule presence monitoring device in the channel, and audible capsule shortage alarm;
– Double pneumatically operated screw/closer, either by twisting or by pressing. For products sensitive to oxidation (mayonnaise, pesto), a vacuum closing device can be installed.
– Hot air capsule heater – sterilizer in pre-closing position, at controllable temperature.
The operations take place on a star with the vessels being loaded from the chain.
Touchscreen panel for setting times and adjustments (start-stop commands, automatic/manual/washing cycle, filling speed with increasing/decreasing ramps, dosing-closing cycle times.
Base made entirely of electro-welded stainless steel.
A channel surrounds the work surface to collect any spilled product.
Complies with CE regulations. The machine is designed for in-line installation.
Equipped for one cylindrical jar and one T.Off capsule format.
