- risk of biological contamination of bottles and jars, due to the presence of dust, leaves, small insects
- risk of serious accidents caused by possible glass fragments inside containers
A single operator can easily manage the machine, thanks to the possibility of inserting and removing bottles from the front.
The rinse water or sanitizing solution sprays only when the bottle is present, thanks to a contact microswitch.
The standard version of the rinser uses disposable mains water; for use with a recirculating solution, a kit with a recovery tank, pump, and connection pipes is available.
The machine is complete with a filter for the rinsing solution with a 0.45 micron micro-filtration cartridge.
The production speed of 700 pieces/hour (10-station model) or 1200 pieces/hour (20-station model) allows the rinsers to be used in combination with semi-automatic and automatic food bottling and packaging lines of low and medium production.
Stainless steel base mounted on wheels
N.B.: Rinsers are not suitable for washing previously used bottles and jars.
