The “RT-PK” series filling and capping monoblocks are designed for packaging bottles and ‘squeeze’ bottles with dense products, such as detergents, cosmetic lotions, essential oils.
Capping can be done with a pre-threaded screw cap or by pressure.
The machine is essentially made up of 2 connected stations:
– Filling unit, including one or two rotary volumetric dosers,
gear pumps or flow meters, in AISI 316 stainless steel,
speed control and dosing adjustment via inverter,
operating parameters adjustable via touch screen,
drip-catching nozzle with synchronized pneumatic valve, with on-the-fly dosing or bottom filling device
– Closing unit comprising:
an automatic capsule dispenser, with a vibrating or centrifugal orientation system, for plastic snap-on or screw-top caps;
a drop channel, from which the capsule is released with a pick-and-place transfer arm; a capsule presence control device in the channel that automatically activates the dispenser;
a closing head suitable for snap-on or screw-top caps.
For higher productions, a double screwing head capper is used.
Possibility of installing a reel-fed heat-sealing station or an induction sealing head on board the machine
