The Perfecta series electronic fillers use inductive flow meters as standard, suitable for products containing water.
Alternatively, for non-inductive products containing oils, mass flow sensors are used.
The main features of electronic filling machines are:
• Maximum filling precision with different filling volumes and container shapes
• Anti-contamination protection, thanks to the absence of contact between the nozzles and the containers being filled
• Anti-oxidation protection, thanks to the absence of a product tank, replaced by a small-volume manifold
• Management of flow meters and all filling operations via PLC with dedicated software, based on the density and specifications of the product being filled and the type of container;
• Mechanical structure entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel
• Parts in direct contact with the product are constructed from 316/L stainless steel
• No on-board product tank
• Thanks to the absence of mechanical components inside the meters, periodic maintenance is minimized
The fillers are available with a rotary carousel starting from 6 dosing valves, normally combined with a monoblock capping turret.
