Fillers with 2, 3 and 4 valves, suitable for filling sparkling beverages, equipped with:
- Filling valve with manual lever control
- Filling nozzle with rear outlet of the product to reduce possible foaming in combination with the inclined position of the bottle
- Automatic bottle lifting by means of pneumatic pistons
All the machines of this series are built with all the parts in contact with the product in stainless steel Aisi 304. They are also supplied with front protections made of transparent, unbreakable plastic material and stainless steel separators between the bottles to ensure the maximum safety of the operator.
Format changeover is quick and the ordinary maintenance is simple, thus minimizing the production downtimes.
