The automatic capper is available in different versions, complete with:
– thermal head for PVC capsules
– rolling head for tin and polylaminate capsules
– double folding and smoothing head for sparkling wine capsules
– universal version, for wine capsules and sparkling wine capsules
The machines are supplied complete with an automatic capsule dispenser and all the accessories to guarantee perfect results and continuous use without management problems (dispenser with single or double capsule holder, cap presence sensor, capsule pusher device, logo orientation photocells – spot)
Considerable flexibility in the machine design allows for customization to use conical and shaped bottles.
The basic version includes a closing head, for production up to approximately 2,500 bottles/hour with PVC caps.
For higher productions, models with multi-head rotary carousel are available.
