This automatic capsuler is available in different versions, complete with:
– heat-shrinking head for PVC capsules
– spinning head for tin and polylaminate capsules
– double pleating and smoothing head for sparkling wine capsules
– universal version, for still and sparkling wine capsules
These machines are supplied complete with an automatic capsule dispenser and all the accessories to guarantee perfect results and continuous use without management problems (dispenser with single or double capsule holder, cap presence sensor, capsule pusher device, logo orientation photocells – spot)
Considerable flexibility in the machine design allows for customization to use conical and shaped bottles.
The basic version includes a closing head, for production up to approximately 2,500 bottles/hour with PVC caps.
For higher productions, models with multi-head rotary carousel are available.
