The bottle washer is essential for cleaning wine bottles after aging in the cellar, or to prevent drops of water or product residue from damaging the labels.
The Lab-10 model is designed for insertion in bottling lines with production rates of up to 1200 bottles/hour (for higher production rates, other models up to 10,000 bottles/hour are available).
Thanks to the integrated towing motor and its compact size, its installation is simple and possible in any condition.
The machine is equipped with a series of devices for the thorough washing of all parts of the bottle:
– height-adjustable upper brush for washing the cap
– lower brush for cleaning the bottom
– central vertical brush, rotating at high speed, for washing the entire surface of the bottle
Once the bottle has been washed, two stainless steel blowing blades, powered by a high-pressure fan, dry the entire surface, allowing it to be labelled.
