The automatic rinsers mod. SC4-A and SC6-A, with 4 and 6 positions respectively, work with a lost water injection system.
A special recirculation kit with integrated filtration system – supplied as an option – allows the use of a sterilizing or wine-making solution.
An air blower version is also available, particularly suitable for jars.
Rinsers allow you to rinse the inside of new containers before filling, without wetting the outside, with water previously filtered through a 0.35µm filtration cartridge.
They do not require equipment for additional formats: format changes are made with a few simple adjustments.
The machines, mounted on height-adjustable feet, are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and plastic materials compliant with relevant directives.
The machines supplied in this way are intended to be installed in bottling or food packaging lines.
The machine production is 800 bottles per hour in the 4-position version, and up to 1500 bottles/hour in the 6-position version.
The operator must place the containers on the conveyor belt, which will take them to the various working positions.
Automatic operating cycle:
1) positioning of containers with automatic selection in the appropriate working positions
2) container locking by means of high suction cups
3) ribaltamento dei contenitori
4) rinsing with adjustable times
5) dripping with adjustable times
6) return to the conveyor belt for transfer to the next machine
N.B.: Rinsers are not suitable for washing previously used bottles and jars.
