Drying tunnel for bottles and jars

The drying tunnel is used in the food and beverage industry to remove residual water from the external surface of bottles or jars, after filling or pasteurization.

The linear drying tunnels are powered by high-pressure blowers, which convey air to blades that can be adjusted as needed to adapt to bottles and containers of different shapes and sizes.
The high air flow and its adequate compression in the terminal blades raise its temperature, combining the action of heat with mechanical force.
The tunnels are specifically sized in length and blower power to eliminate condensation droplets from the container walls, based on the production speed of the line.
Main construction features:
* Linear stainless steel bottle conveyor belt, with adjustable sides
* Structure made entirely of stainless steel, mounted on height-adjustable supports
* Upper housing of the blower turbines, in stainless steel with sound-absorbing panels
* Fully opening plexiglass doors for adjustment of the blowing blades
* High pressure blowing turbines, without the use of electrical resistances for low consumption
* Specially designed end blades to achieve adequate force and air compression
* Height and inclination adjustment of the blowing blades to adapt to different containers (bottles, jars, cans)
