The filler mod FILLBAG is designed for filling bags with capacity from 1 to 20L (Bag-in-box-system)
The high filling precision is achieved thanks to a flowmeter in Aisi 316 stainless steel
The machine frame as well as the components in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 quality
Both the bag and the box support tables can be adjustable in height.
The frame is supplied with wheels for easy motion.
The filling-head has been studied specifically to avoid any contact of the product to the air, granting full sterility and long shelf-life.
The controls are placed in a hermetically sealed control panel and managed electronically by a an electronic card with lighted display.
The strength of the stainless structure grants an excellent resistance against wear and reduces to the minimum the ordinary maintenance.
