Semiautomatic capping machine for crown corks (adaptable for ‘T’ corks on request)
Main technical characteristics:
- Mainframe covered with aisi.304 stainless steel plates
- No change parts for standard bottles from 0,33 to 1,5 Lt
- Automatic caps dispensing for 1 size of crown cap (diam. 26 or 29mm)
- Caps bowl with chute all made in stainless steel
- Capping head amortised by means of a spring
- Machine mounted on wheels with safety brake
- Operation by double push-buttons for safety of the operator
Working cycle:
The operator places the bottle on the bottle-seat. The pressure of the 2 side buttons starts the capping cycle, the bottle will be lifted by the pneumatic piston to the capping head and the caps is automatically dispensed.
At the end of the capping cycle the bottle will lower down again, so the operator can remove it and start a new capping cycle.
