The Filloil semi-automatic filling machine is designed for filling edible oil into containers of various sizes and volumes, such as bottles, drums, and cans.
The filling section consists of a volumetric pump with a flow rate of 30 L/min, featuring an AISI 304 stainless steel body and an EPDM rubber impeller.
An AISI 316 stainless steel turbine flow meter, controlled by a dedicated electronic board, allows for high-precision filling of both small containers (from 50 cl) up to 20-30 L drums.
The filling speed can be easily adjusted via a potentiometer that controls an inverter.
(This system is particularly useful for filling both bottles and cans).
Furthermore, a selector allows you to choose between ‘work’ mode and ‘continuous cycle’ mode, for possible use of the machine as a transfer pump or for a wash cycle.
The same machine can be supplied for filling other products, such as wine, vinegar, water.
